Henry Schreiner 0d29bf8dae refactor: --archs, CIBW_ARCHS, "auto" 
Using `--archs` for the flag, comma separated, also accepting CIBW_ARCHS.
Supports "auto" as the default that can also expand, matching
CIBW_PLATFORM.
