* Rehost pypy-7.3.1 on Github to guard against bitbucket links going away
The pypy team plan to have a CDN in front of their buildbot downloads
page, but the timeline is unknown. In the meantime, this should be more
reliable than the bitbucket links!
* Updating macOS and Windows download links for PyPy to https://downloads.python.org/pypy/
