PyPy 7.3.1 (#304)
* Testing PyPy 7.3.1rc1/7.3.1rc2 * Try PyPy's fix for macOS * 7.3.1rc3 * Update PyPy to 7.3.1 * Using latest pypywheels/manylinux2010-pypy_x86_64:2020-04-15-4ce2a6f with PyPy 7.3.1 * Rehost pypy-7.3.1 on Github to guard against bitbucket links going away The pypy team plan to have a CDN in front of their buildbot downloads page, but the timeline is unknown. In the meantime, this should be more reliable than the bitbucket links! * Updating macOS and Windows download links for PyPy to https://downloads.python.org/pypy/ Co-authored-by: Joe Rickerby <joerick@mac.com>
